Can I bring my Dog?

No, We do not allow pets with any holiday booking or casual touring booking. Holiday Home Owners and Seasonal Tourers are allowed pets with prior approval from us at the park.

How far is the Beach?

Manorbier Bay is the closest beach and it is around a 20-30 min walk or a 5 min drive, however there are many other idylic beaches around us and these are quite accesible.

Can I have visitors while on holiday?

Yes, all visitors must sign in at reception.

Can I bring an extra car?

Yes, we do try an limit the number of vehicles on site however all extras will need to be booked in advance with us at reception.

Can we hire towels and bed linen?

Yes, you can hire towells and bed linen from us at reception or you can organise for these to be added to your holiday accomodation for arrival.

Are children allowed in the Clubhouse?

Yes, our clubhouse is family orientated and we have childrens entertainment and a games room to keep them occupied.

Can I ammend my booking?

Yes, we are quite easy going and we understand that some things may change. Get in touch with us as soon as you can to see what we can do for you. If you have booked through a promotional offer then sometimes we should not offer to ammend the booking, however we beleive in making life as easy as possible so check with us anyway and we will try and accomodate you as best we can.

I need to cancel my holiday, do I get a refund?

All our holidays come with their own terms and conditions in some cases we may be able to offer you a refund or alternative dates however this is dependant on how you booked with us. Get in touch with us and we will see what we can do for you!

Are there irons in the caravans?

No, we do not provide irons in any of our holidya accomodation, however you can request one from reception should you need one.

Can I have a supermarket deliver to me?

Yes, most supermarkets offer a delivery service to the park. Make sure that you let them know your on holiday with us and to come to reception and we can then point them in the right direction.

What time is check in and check out?

Normal times are Check in from 4.30pm and Check out by 10.00am, however there may be some occasions where we can provide earlier check in or a later deapture, just double check with us when booking.

Can I book a group of caravans?

No, Unfortunately we are only a small holiday site and we can not cater for lage group holidays.

I have to self isolate, what can I do about my Holiday?

We understand that COVID 19 amy affect your holiday and we are here to help. It is best to discuss your individual needs with us as soon as possible. Call us on 01834871952 and we will be happy to help in anyway we can.

Will the Coronavirus affect my holiday?

We all find oursleves in unprecedented times and we totally understand that situations are changing daily. We are constantly following the Government advice and guidelines and we will keep you upto date as much as possible. If your holiday is to be affected by the coronavirus then we will be in touch with your options.

What facilities are affected by the Coronavirus?

The Coronavirus affects us all in many different ways and we ask for your patience during these difficult times as things are a little different right now. Our facilities will open in accordance with Government Guidelines. We will update you before your holiday on what may be different for when you are due to check in.
